Xavier School of Management was founded in 1949 and is a private business school in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. It is the oldest business school in India. XLRI offers three distinct courses for business students and they are:

PGDM (BM)
This two-year full-time programme is one of the most prestigious and finest in the country. Students upon the completion are conferred with a Postgraduate diploma in Business Management (PGDBM).

PGDM (GM)
This fifteen-month full-time residential management program PGDM (General Management)is one of the flagship programmes and has received several prestigious accreditations.

PGDM(BM), part-time (JSR)
A three-year part-time Weekend Program in Business Management is suited for working executives and business owners looking to expand their horizons.

XLRI offers various scholarships to meritorious and deserving students. Below we are mentioning some of the scholarships and they are as follows:

Aditya Birla Scholarship: This scholarship offers Rs. 1,75,000 per annum each to HRM-I & BM-I students, on the basis of merit and selection as per the company criteria.

Pirojsha Godrej: This scholarship offers one scholarship of Rs. 25,000 to HRM-I & BM-I students, on the merit-cum-need basis.

XLRI Diamond Jubilee [juniors]: This scholarship offers two students of up to Rs. 2,55,000 each for 1st-year tuition fees in HRM-I & BM-I programs, on the merit-cum-need basis.
